Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are handled for purchases made on the HaxHell website and services ("Service") operated by HaxHell ("us," "we," or "our"). HaxHell scripts are free to browse and use; this policy applies only to paid tier passes purchased through the Service.

1. Scope

This policy covers paid tier passes ("passes") purchased on HaxHell. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and the available payment methods may include, for example, credit or debit cards and cryptocurrency. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. All Sales Are Final

Passes grant immediate access to digital content and features. Because access is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 5.

3. Payment Methods

Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that:

  • Any transaction, processing, or network fees charged by the payment provider may be non-refundable and can be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • For cryptocurrency payments, transactions are irreversible; any approved refund is issued in cryptocurrency, and the amount is subject to exchange-rate fluctuations and network fees, so the value you receive may differ from the amount originally paid.
  • For card payments, the time it takes for a refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Paid tiers are offered as recurring subscriptions billed on a monthly or yearly cycle, depending on the plan you choose. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle and your payment method is charged again for the next period at the then-current price.

  • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your subscription settings.
  • Cancelling stops future charges but does not end your current subscription. You keep access to your paid tier until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which access lapses.
  • Cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining, unused portion of the current period.

5. Eligible Exceptions

We will review a refund request in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same pass.
  • Payment made but access not granted — your payment was successfully completed but the corresponding pass was never applied to your account.
  • Verifiable billing error — a demonstrable error on our side resulted in an incorrect charge.

Approved refunds in these cases are returned to the original payment method, net of any applicable provider or network fees.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for, among others:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Partial or unused portions of an active pass.
  • Dissatisfaction with free script content or third-party scripts.
  • Account suspension, ban, or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Rules.
  • Losses caused by providing incorrect payment details.

7. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify under Section 5, contact us within 7 days of the payment at [email protected] and include:

  • Your HaxHell username and account email.
  • The tier and billing cycle purchased.
  • Proof of payment (order ID, receipt, transaction ID, and/or transaction hash).
  • A description of the issue.

8. Processing Time

We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable timeframe. If a refund is approved, the time for the funds to reach you depends on the payment method and provider. Approval of any refund is at our sole discretion and in accordance with this policy.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider so we can try to resolve it directly. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
