• Administrative Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify, edit, or remove any script content that violates our guidelines, contains inappropriate material, or fails to meet quality standards. This includes but is not limited to titles, descriptions, code, and metadata.
• Originality and Attribution: Scripts must be original or properly credited to their original creators. Plagiarism and unauthorized copying are strictly prohibited.
• Malicious Content: Scripts containing malware, viruses, data theft mechanisms, or any form of harmful code are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.
• Spam and Repetitive Content: Submitting duplicate scripts, spam, or low-effort content is not allowed. Repeated violations may result in permanent ban.

3. Thumbnail and Visual Content Guidelines

• Inappropriate Content: Thumbnails containing adult content, explicit imagery, violence, gore, or any form of inappropriate material are strictly prohibited.
• Misleading Images: Thumbnails must accurately represent the script's functionality. Misleading or clickbait thumbnails will be removed.
• Copyright: You must have the right to use any images, logos, or graphics in your thumbnails. Copyright violations will result in content removal.
• Quality Standards: Thumbnails should be clear, professional, and relevant to the script. Low-quality or irrelevant images may be removed.
• Administrative Action: We reserve the right to remove or replace any thumbnail that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

4. User Behavior and Conduct

• Respectful Communication: Be respectful and civil in all interactions with other users, moderators, and administrators.
• No Harassment: Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
• No Impersonation: Impersonating other users, staff members, or official entities is strictly prohibited.
• Appropriate Language: Use appropriate language and avoid excessive profanity in public spaces.
• Reporting Violations: Report rule violations through proper channels instead of engaging in arguments or taking matters into your own hands.

5. Script Submission Requirements

• Testing: Test your scripts thoroughly before submission to ensure they work as described.
• Documentation: Include clear descriptions, usage instructions, and any necessary setup information.
• Descriptive Titles: Use descriptive, accurate titles and appropriate tags to help users find your scripts.
• No Duplicates: Do not submit duplicate scripts or repost content that already exists on the platform.
• Technical Requirements: Follow all platform technical requirements and formatting guidelines.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or rate limits is strictly prohibited.
• Platform Exploitation: Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the platform in any way will result in immediate and permanent ban.
• Privacy Violations: Sharing personal information of other users without consent is not allowed.
• Unauthorized Commercial Activities: Commercial activities, advertising, or monetization without explicit permission from administrators is prohibited.
• Cheating and Manipulation: Any form of cheating, vote manipulation, or artificial engagement is strictly forbidden.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of these rules will be enforced based on severity and frequency:

• Content Modification: We reserve the right to modify, edit, or remove any content (usernames, scripts, thumbnails, descriptions) that violates our guidelines.
• Quality-Based Actions: Users who consistently share high-quality scripts may be granted permanent status. However, if violations occur after this, immediate and permanent ban will be applied.
• Repeated Violations: Users who repeatedly violate rules, even after warnings, will face escalating consequences including temporary suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action.
• Immediate Ban: Severe violations such as malicious scripts, harassment, platform exploitation, or illegal activities will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
• Feature Restrictions: Violations may result in restrictions on platform features, including but not limited to script submission, commenting, and messaging capabilities.
• Legal Action: In cases involving illegal activities, copyright violations, or severe harm, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these rules, please report it immediately through our reporting system. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. False or malicious reports may also result in consequences.

9. Platform Rights and Modifications

By using HaxHell, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We reserve the right to modify, edit, or remove any user-generated content (usernames, scripts, thumbnails, descriptions) that violates our guidelines or fails to meet quality standards.
• We may change usernames that violate our guidelines without prior notice, though we will notify you of the change.
• We may edit or remove scripts that contain inappropriate content, violate guidelines, or fail quality checks.
• We may replace or remove thumbnails that violate our visual content guidelines.
• These rules may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
